Assoc. Prof. Dr. Tunahan ERDEM is an academic whose research focuses on agricultural machinery, precision agriculture technologies, image processing systems, post-harvest technologies, digital agriculture applications, and product processing technologies. He conducts research aimed at enhancing the agricultural potential of Çukurova through sustainable and technology-driven approaches, and actively contributes to projects that foster collaboration among producers, academia, and industry.
